The design project is an instruction for builders on how to make repairs. The project reflects the ideas agreed with the customer: the amount of materials, color scheme, furniture, zoning, location and size of door and window openings, installation scheme of sockets, switches and plumbing. By agreement, the designer can travel with the customer to the stores.
What is included in the service:
- Technical specification. This is a document that is the basis for the development and implementation of a project. The main purpose of the TOR is to clearly define the requirements, expectations and specifications of the project in order to avoid misunderstandings at all stages of its implementation. To create an accurate technical specification, we conduct a detailed interview with the client, which allows us to understand what kind of result the customer wants to get.
- Measurement plan. Each design project starts with a dimensional plan of the room. This is a special type of drawing documentation that visually presents a reduced-scale view of the object from above, in which the actual dimensions of all rooms are recorded with maximum accuracy. The exact placement of furniture and equipment depends on the accuracy of determining the geometric dimensions.
- Planning solution. The main preparatory work is related to this stage. We will prepare some examples of furniture layout for you. Then, if necessary, changes are made, and only after all approvals, a ready-made plan for future work appears. When preparing it, we take into account not only the customer’s wishes, but also try to take into account the requirements for ergonomics and compliance with SNiP and GOST standards.
- Stylistic collage\sketch solution. At this stage, the overall harmony of finishes and furnishings is checked. It provides visibility of the project for better perception, gives a complete picture of what your new interior will be like. So that the customer can easily imagine their future interior, we create a collage in electronic form, using images of objects that are as similar as possible to those that will be used in the project.
- Furniture placement plan. The first and most obvious advantage of a furniture layout plan is the ability to pre-plan the interior and avoid bad mistakes. With the help of the furniture layout plan, we determine the optimal size and shape of objects so that they look harmonious and do not block the aisles. In addition, the furniture layout allows you to plan functional areas in each room, which will help create a cozy and functional space that will meet the needs of the whole family.
- Installation plan for electrical devices. Creating an electrical plan in a design project is an important step that requires careful attention and consideration of many factors. At this stage, we first determine the location of sockets, lighting equipment and switches, as well as where various appliances and household appliances should be located. If necessary, we lay the boundaries of the underfloor heating.
- 3D visualization of the interior. Is the final stage of creative work on interior design. A special feature of 3D visualization is the ability to view each room in detail. When developing a 3D model, all previously developed drawings and a room plan with the placement of furniture and lighting items are used. 3D visualization provides information about where the light will fall and how much the furniture harmonizes with other interior items.
- Working documentation. After the design project is completed, all materials, furniture, lighting equipment are entered in a special table, on the basis of which the estimate is further compiled.
The customer still has the following set of documents on hand:
- summary statement for each renovated room with a description of finishing materials, including articles, estimated cost and store addresses;
- summary statement for interior items (furniture, lighting fixtures, decorative items);
- drawings (for construction works, redevelopment details, electrical wiring, etc.);
- visualizations and thumbnails.
