Small Apartment
Project of an apartment for rent, area of 46 sq. m.
Our goal was to create an attractive, functional and yet sufficiently neutral space that would appeal to a wide range of tenants and provide a quick return on investment. We chose modern minimalism with neoclassical elements to create a bright, spacious and cozy space. This combination allows the apartment to look stylish and elegant, but at the same time remain practical and comfortable to live in. Bright colors and minimalistic design visually increase the space, which is especially important for small apartments.
They also preferred high-quality, but affordable materials that are easy to clean and resistant to wear. The apartment is designed to meet the needs of modern tenants. The neutral background makes it easy for tenants to add their personal belongings and create their own style in the apartment without disturbing the overall harmony.
Modern minimalism with neoclassical elements is a style that most people like. It is not too extravagant, but it is also stylish and elegant enough to attract the attention of potential tenants
